For the past few weeks I've wanted to go into a topic that I hold a personal stance in. It's the idea of people underlining the problems of the gaming industry. We constantly talk about the problems of the industry yet constantly we forget that videogames have come a long way as well. Problems like DLC, used games are killing the industry according to some people but really will it? Their problems but they won't end the games you like forever, maybe they'll make an understandable impact and these are problems but they will really only impace the industry if we let them. We can stop this by just investing in the games companies that will ultimately lead us into the next generation of gaming. Downloadable Content has a few kinks to manage, sometimes this happens and it's not like DLC is new to gaming as it's been around since the times of Atari. Talking about Atari, which closed a few years back are another fear. Good companies are going and everybody is obviously afraid that this means we'll be left with the likes of Activision and EA Games which is very unlikely as well. The last problem "used games" however isn't a problem but a scapegoat for guys like EA Games. Who need someone to show why their profits are going down. So in conclusion Games? Their not going anywhere!

Next week I'll be talking about Subliminal messages and taking a joke the right way.
